We’ve seen it all, from a client who wanted a completely open plan of removing/moving walls, to our small/medium kitchen and bath remodels. If we are a good fit for your renovation needs, we would love the opportunity to work with you. If we are not the best fit, we will do our best to point you in the right direction.
COMMUNICATION:
Having a dedicated project manager will allow you to have updated information regularly. Your project manager will liaise with suppliers and other building partners during the process of completing your project. Marty Kennedy, the owner, and Austin Henninger; the project manager, will meet with you to ensure you have your questions answered. If you need help making any decisions, know the team will be there to help.
DESIGN:
We offer architectural drawings and design services for you. If you decide to use Affordable Remodeling Etx for your project, we will pay 50% of the cost of 1-hour full-service interior designer and 50% of the cost of one initial drawing. These services are not available to the public and are customized to your needs. We will take you through how we can create the dream home you deserve and discuss important information relevant to your project such as time frames, contracts, pricing, and project management.

Our worksite is your home. Therefore, we treat our client’s homes as we would treat our own. Keeping them tidy throughout the project. Our team follows strict customer service guidelines, meaning you’ll feel comfortable with our team working in your home. Our goal is to develop a long-term relationship with our clients, providing them with a fun, exciting and hassle-free experience throughout their project.
ACCURATE COSTING:
To give you absolute peace of mind, we use a very comprehensive checklist to ensure that all planned areas of the project are considered and costed. This gives you the most professional and accurate costing for your job. However, due to being renovation work there may be hidden or unforeseen needs that arise during the project. We will communicate those to you in a timely manner along with the best option and cost before we do any work on that
part of your project.
BUILD TO BUDGET:
Have you heard stories of budget blowouts? Nasty surprises at the conclusion of a project? With Affordable Remodeling Etx building contract, you will know exactly what your investment will be. You are welcome to make
changes during your project, these changes will be noted as variations to the original contract. These variations will always be approved by you before starting the work.
PROJECT CONTROL:
Affordable Remodeling Etx takes client involvement seriously. Communication is key to the success of any project. You will always have a direct line of communication with, Austin Henninger the project manager, and Marty Kennedy the director of operations. We will be readily available to discuss any feedback or concerns. You are updated frequently on the progress of the project, so you always have the information you need to relax and know your being taken care of. With our 24-hour Communication Guarantee you will receive a response to all questions within
24 hours.
